Situated in the historic Glass Quarter, Broadfield House Glass Museum is one of the best glass museums in the world. It has a magnificent collection of British glass, much of it made locally, dating from the 17th century up to the present day. An exciting programme of events and temporary exhibitions complements the glass displays and celebrates the magical art of glassmaking. There is a hot glass studio where visitors can watch the glassmakers at work every day except Tuesdays.
