This exciting, award winning, all weather, educational attraction provides a fascinating insight into the watery world around North Devon. The aquarium houses a diverse collection of local aquatic life in beautifully recreated natural habitats. The exhibits provide visitors with a unique zoned journey from the source of an Exmoor stream, down river to an estuary, local rock pool, harbour, coast, to Lundy and its marine reserve. Complimentary children's quizzes are offered on entry.
The aquarium also offers a funky fish retail area where good value, unusual aquatic themed gifts can be purchased. A small cafe with sheltered outside seating provides quality refreshments, light snacks and luxury local dairy ice cream in a relaxing environment.
