Neptune's soft play area in Shepton Mallet has become the place parents turn to when needing a break from their kids, or when their kids need a break from them. It is also the ideal location for parties and celebrations for children up to eight years old as the 1300 square feet of padded space can keep even the most accident prone cherub out of trouble.
The centre offers a myriad of activities for energetic children to enjoy, such as: soft toys, a see saw, two bridges, a truck puzzle, disco lights and mirror ball, and a 35 metre padded and netted tunnel around the walls.
Unsurprisingly for a location named after the Roman god of the Sea, there is also a large ball pool with over 14000 balls for budding explorers to immerse themselves in. For babies and toddlers there is a separate area with their own boat ball pond and loads of soft toys.
Neptune's are careful to offer parents plenty to do while their children are enjoying themselves; the television is always available and Neptune's cafe can provide that well deserved cup of tea or maybe a snack.
