A much-restored Tudor house, garden with notable topiary and park. The house, originally 16th-century, is a fascinating 20th-century evocation of domestic Tudor architecture. Created by Graham Baron Ash, its interiors were restored during the period between the World Wars and contain a fine collection of 16th-century textiles and furniture. The gardens have renowned herbaceous borders and a famous collection of yews.
