With family friendly tearooms, gift shop and year round programme of fun events, we are the place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. First time visitors will be amazed to discover this hidden jewel with its formal gardens, follies and ruined castle, just 5 minutes drive from junction 37 of the M1.
Restoring Wentworth Castle to its full glory is a lifetime’s work, which means that every time you visit us you are helping make that vision a reality. You will also be able to see the restoration project in action and keep up-to-date with progress. We began the restoration of our fragile Victorian Glasshouse in July 2012, and expect it to be completed by summer 2013.
