18th-century model farm and farm park. Built by Sir John Soane in 1794 for the 3rd Earl of Hardwicke, who was passionately interested in farming and agricultural improvement, the farm is now home to a fascinating range of rare animal breeds, including sheep, goats, cattle, pigs and horses. The Great Barn contains a collection of farm implements dating back 200 years and interpretive displays.
