Get ready for an exciting and fun packed day when you visit the award winning Woodside Farm and Leisure Park set in acres of beautiful English countryside. As well as bottle feeding baby lambs, youngsters can meet all the other farm animals such as monkeys, pigs, goats, rabbits, llamas, alpacas, flamingos and wallabies.
Specially organized 'Animal Encounters' are run daily, where staff will host interesting talks and demonstrations with the animals. Children can cuddle a chick, pet a baby goat or meet the reptiles. Specially prepared pots of nutritionally balanced feed are also sold so that you can feed the animals by hand.
If the weather turns bad the youngsters can be entertained in Cheeky Monkey's Play Barn - a fantastic heated indoor play centre. So while the kids play, Mum and Dad can relax with a cup of coffee and a selection of hot and cold food from the Cheeky Monkeys cafe with it's relaxed seating area.
Woodside also boast a Shopping Village. So whilst the kids are digging in the huge sandpit, cooling down in the paddling pool or having fun at the Traditional Funfair, the adults can browse around The Deli, Poultry Centre, Farm Shop and Pet Store.
